Donald Wisinski was a former President of the California Fire Mechanics Association Northern Section and a longtime member of the Education Committee of the California Fire Mechanics Academy, Inc.

This scholarship is awarded to a member of the Northern Section of the California Fire Mechanics Association. The scholarship provides academy tuition and textbooks. Selection of the recipient is made by the Northern Section Board of Directors or their designee.
